Lake Conroe boat tours & bird watchingNot into fishing? Come for the lake.
A relaxed 3-hour cruise around Lake Conroe with Captain Carl. Great for couples, families, visiting relatives and anyone who brings a camera.
What you’ll see
Slow down. Look around.
Lake Conroe is more than a fishing hole. Carl knows the coves, the shallows and the quiet stretches where the birds hang out, and he’s happy to point them out and tell you what you’re looking at.
- Herons and egrets working the shallows
- Ospreys and other birds of prey
- The Sam Houston National Forest shoreline on the upper lake
- Coves, marinas and lake life along the way
Bring snacks, drinks and clothes for the weather. The boat is about one-third covered by a Bimini top for shade.
“His expertise in bird watching made the day even more remarkable! The diversity of species he knows and can spot is impressive.”
Want a bit of both?
Fish a little. Watch a lot.
Some families do both: a half-day fishing trip with Carl pointing out the birds along the way. If someone in your group wants to fish, book a fishing trip and let Carl know you’d love to see some wildlife too.
